It is the purpose of this research to provide for an approximate interpretation of threemosaie fragments, preserved in the Archaeological Museum of Córdoba. The authorsupplies new evidenee in support of a possible identification of the figures decorating the circular medallions. In the light of the iconographic study of the figures and their location in the corners of the floor, the author reaches the conclusion that they arean abstract representation of the Four Seasons, which on this occasion are expressed through characters taken fram mythology.
