The paper explains how the Cultural Park of Valltorta-Gasulla was created. The Park has become one of the most significant places of the Valencian area, due to its important prehistoric rock art. With the creation of the Cultural Park, itself a legal item included in the Valencian Heritage Law, the intention was to develop an integral managerial model for the Cultural Heritage.
