The new editorial and advisory boards present their editorial line and policy for the next four-year cycle. We maintain the subject coverage, languages of publications and standards of quality that have brought Trabajos de Prehistoria international recognition. New features include the adoption of the open source software, Open Journal System, as the management system, the suppression of the embargo starting with issue 67(2) 2010, and the possibility of publishing monographic issues, as agreed by the Editorial Board, following the criteria of other journals of impact. We update the norms for the presentation of original manuscripts and include a detailed style sheet. We acknowledge the vital contribution of peer reviewers to the current positioning of the Journal as a landmark in its subject coverage within and beyond the Iberian Peninsula. The reviews will now follow a double-blind procedure. We also express our gratitude to those responsible for Electronic Publishing for their assistance and advice in increasing the visibility of Trabajos de Prehistoria.
